1. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly — your account email, phone number for text alerts, your medication watchlist, and the search radius you set. If you enable location, we use it only to rank nearby pharmacies; precise location is never stored with your search history.
2. How we use your information
Your data powers the product: matching searches to pharmacy inventory, sending the alerts you asked for, and improving stock-accuracy models in aggregate. We do not sell personal health information, and we do not share your watchlist with pharmacies, insurers, or advertisers.
3. Text messages
Back-in-stock alerts are sent to the number you verify. Message frequency depends on your watchlist. Reply STOP at any time to end texts; standard carrier rates may apply.
4. Data retention
Search history is retained for 12 months to power your recent-search shortcuts, then anonymized. When you delete your account, watchlists, alerts, and profile data are removed within 30 days.
5. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit, health-related fields are encrypted at rest, and access inside FindRx is limited to staff who need it to run the service. We are notified-breach compliant in all states we operate in.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time from account settings or by contacting support. California, Colorado, and Virginia residents have additional rights described in the state supplements.
